2. Identity verification

We have a strict policy regarding underage gambling. Therefore, they constantly undergo checks that require you to prove your age with an appropriate document (driver’s license or passport).

3. Stay in control

Fairplay highly recommends controlling your gaming experience with many responsible gaming features:

3.1 Setting deposit limits

Start taking control of your account by setting deposit limits. Deposit limits can be set for the following times:

  • Daily
  • Weekly (Monday to Sunday)
  • Monthly (calendar month)

Deposit limits can be reduced, increased, or removed. An increase or complete removal of deposit limits takes effect after 24 hours, while a decrease in deposit limits takes effect immediately.

If you would like to make changes to your deposit limit, please log in to your account and go to the “Set Limits” section. You can also contact customer support for help.

3.2 Take a break

Fairplay bookmaker offers the opportunity to take a break from gambling in order to stabilize your financial or personal situation. You can do this for the following periods:

  • 24 hours
  • 48 hours
  • 1 week 
  • 2 weeks
  • 3 weeks
  • 4 weeks
  • 6 weeks

As soon as the support team receives your request to suspend your account for the period of your choice.

3.3 Activity statement

The activities you performed in Fairplay can be viewed for 30 days. Your gaming session is also recorded with the date, time, and duration of your gaming session.

You can also view additional information regarding your Fairplay activity for 90 days. There is information about the balance in your account, your gambling history (including bet amounts, wins and losses), deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions related to your account.

3.4 Session reminders

You have the option to set a “Session Reminder” so you can keep track of your game time. After that, a notification will appear on the screen about the time of the game or the transition to the following three functions:

  • Continue
  • Exit (end the game)
  • View account history

3.5 Closing an account

You can close your account if you want to take a break from gambling, or if it no longer interests you. Whenever you wish, you can reopen your account by contacting Customer Support. For a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks, you will be unable to access your account using the Take a Break option.

3.6 Stop gambling – self-exclusion

If you feel that gambling has become a burden and a weakness for you, you can choose to Self-Exclude from FairPlay.

Self-exclusion applies to:

  • 6 months
  • 1 year
  • 2 years
  • 3 years
  • 4 years
  • 5 years

In response to your self-exclusion request, the FairPlay team will restrict your access to all FairPlay Group brands and will contact you regarding any account balance due, outstanding bets and/or unused bonus funds.

Accounts that have been excluded for more than a month will not automatically be reactivated. Fairplay can only consider reactivating your account upon your request (communication must be via phone) and the reactivation will be effective after an additional 24-hour period.

3.7 Autoplay controls

We want to give you even more control over the game, so the new Auto-Play mode has been improved. You have the right to install:

  • bet/bet amount
  • number of spins
  • loss limit

Additionally, you have the option to set: a single winning amount. The game will stop when one of the functions is completed to keep you within the limit.

3.8 Internal checks

Fairplay conducts diagnostics and ensures that users remain in a safe mental state. The platform reserves the right to suspend or limit the operation of the account in case of suspicion.

Despite Fairplay’s efforts to account for all bets placed by customers, Fairplay reserves the right to void any/all active bets at any time in the event that your account(s) is(are) suspended for gambling liability reasons.
